Well, Spring time is just around the corner and those hot days will be coming soon with the temperature hitting 70's. Hmm, what are the Spring and Summer foods, yes the typical salad with Romaine or iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions or chick peas and egg.
