Note: The rice is cooked the night before, so the rice he's using is refrigerated rice. See under food selection how to prepare rice. Last do not put any MSG.
If you never tried it, its available at your local Chinese Restaurant. When coating the shrimp, you can use either corn starch or tempura mix. It's simply delicious!
