Tarragon Butter on Grilled Steak
Marinating the steak is great, but sometimes rather than adding ketchup or A1 Steak sauce may drown out the marinated flavor. Sometimes , a simple addition like butter slightly softened with tarragon added and set in the refrigerator to firm up provides a different dimension of flavor.
