Ray's caribbean American Restaurant

To all Marylanders in Harford County. Looking to stimulate your palate with some authentic Caribbean food? I went to this place, now its my favorite called Ray's Caribbean American food. If you check out my food blog under www.chefwoocan.com, read about Ray's. I like it sooo much I went back. This time I ordered the meat patties, 1 spicy beef and 1 chicken patty. The mere weight of 2 patties tells you that Ray doesn't skimp on ingredients, no fillers and real beef.
My favorite dish is curry goat. Ok don't get screamish but the meat was so tender and as many foodies know, meat with the bone has more flavor. The sauce was just perfect spicy. The lunch special included rice and beans and sweet plantains and cooked cabbage. A great lunch value!, so again I must give Ray's Caribbean American Restaurant an A++++ rating, I highly recommend his place. he's located in Aberdeen, MD in Harford County off Route 40. eating his dishes makes me feel like I'm in the Caribbean. I forgot to mention tat he also has a Spanish menu along with an American menu.
