Rainbow King Restaurant

Tonight my family wanted to try out a new Asian restaurant called Rainbow King where Szechuan Gardens used to be. They opened their doors in June of this year. You walk in and its contemporary in design and style. A far cry from the simple and plain decor previously.
The majority of the menu is Japanese based but there ar some Chinese dishes.
 We had the sashimi dinner. It arrived in a gigantic martini shaped glass filled with ice and a blinking light cube with sashimi decorating the surface with a bamboo fence in the background. The sashimi was very fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend if you like sashimi.
We also order the special Mount Fuji Roll which was also delicious with crabmeat, shrimp and scallops with a semi mild spicy cream sauce. Very Good

My wife hd the Hibachi Beef, its not made in front of you but it comes with fried rice and stir fry vegetables. More than enough for 1 person. My daughter had a California Roll.
I have to say the staff was very nice and plesant and the food was delicious. I wouldn't mind going back again for lunch.
