I'm thoroughly fed up with this fried chicken franchise. I feel their chicken rates number 1 in my book whether its regular fried chicken or the spicy hot chicken. I love the side orders and love the advertisements but I can't believe that every Popeye's Chicken is disgustingly dirty. Where the hell are the quality control managers? Tables are often sticky and oily, floors are sticky, cleaning rags all over the place and staff is totally unprofessional. What gives with this franchise. I can understand one franchise but everyone that I've been to is the same. My question is where are the home office managers? Don't they visit each establishment? I don't usually give bad reviews but here is an example that the food is good but the atmosphere is terrible. Went to the bathroom and like I said, the bathroom is a reflection of the kitchen! Just imagine?
