Ok I have to admit when they first opened their doors, it was a complete nightmare. Waitresses were trained properly, kitchen staff was in disarray, impatient customers was catastrophic. OK, its been sometime now and the dust has settle.
Was there the other day, waitress was pleasantly robotic. I mean it wasn't a busy weekend night Cleanliness was very good and the menu was easy to read but may have been a little too crowded in terms of selection. Lots of varieties of beer. The hamburgers were delicious and I have o say the fish and chips were delicious too. Good value.. Overall, most important the bathroom was clean which is always a reflection of management. For those that had a negative experience, I would definitely give them a second chance. The restaurant used to be "Joes Crab Shack" in Abingdon, opposite Wegman's. Rating: 8: Management may need to assist waitresses on art of "Customer is why they are in business" |
