fallston Seafood

Aaah, if there was ever a great seafood restaurant, I have to say its Fallston Seafood.  From the outside it looks like any other restaurant with a big sign. I love to explore different restaurants because you never know what to expect. Once you walk in your greeted immediately by a hostess with a cordial greeting and a smile. This is a great sign because it made me feel special and they were glad I came in for a nice meal.
The inside of the dining room is nicely decorated yet quaint. I sat down with my family and we waned to try the crabs. Now ordering crabs is a little tricky. Males are the favorite among Marylanders. Their large and have alot of meat. But what we wanted to see is the type of coating used. Some places use 100% Old Bay, very spicy and salty, but Fallston Seafood is a combination of light mild spicy. We  love t. The host does ask if we would love crabs or a regular dinner. I said we'd love crabs and out comes the paper lining the table with a bucket, towels and knives.
I wanted to start with an appetizers, so I looked at the menu, lots of great stuff, I ordered the clams casino and crab imperial. Clams casino are top neck clams with a little butter and white wine with bacon and melted cheese and baked with a thin layer of bread crumbs. Crab Imperial is jumbo lump crab meat with a creamy base and baked. Yummy! Oh, need to try the cream of crab. Can't be too thick or to runny. They make it with  hint of old bay and cream an not to much thickener. Just right.
Now for any seafood restaurant to be successful, they need to offer other items and Fallston Seafood does. Pizza, hamburgers and chicken dishes offset the cost of seafood. I haven't tried those items yet but when I see pizza going out the door, it must be good. Service is great and very attentive, always smiling and very accommodating.
I highly recommend this place.

Response: Why should I waste my time, if they cut corners, then why would it be worth it for me other than etting an upset stomach and be totally miserable.
