When I was a little kid back in the day I used to eat the individually wrapped Kraft American cheese slices. I didn't care how it was made, I only knew that it was nutritious and taste great. I loved opening the individual slices and splitting each piece in my mouth. (Sort of like string cheese today). I loved cheese burgers and tacos and lasagna to name a few. Cheese made everything taste so good plus the fact that it was gooey and stretched. What was spaghetti and meatballs without parmesan cheese in the container. It just added a little ump to the dish.
But today, cheese is on practically everything. From seafood, to breakfast sandwiches, EVERYTHING!
Now, research has found that cheese or dairy products are causing inflammation of the joints, arthritis, aches and pains. In a world where we now pop pills for every ailment, just pop an aspiring or a ibuprofen for relief. Cheese is killing our joints. Now there is a percentage of the population that may not have the aches and pains symptoms from eating cheese, and that's great! Cheese is part of our American Institution. Pizza is clearly #1 to all kids!
