Chef Woo Can You Tube Sessions
This Covid-19 Pandemic has really put a dent in my business. Just when I was warming up presenting cooking classes in the 1st quarter of 2020, Corona hit our country. I received accolades when clients saw me cooking and they can tell the passion I have. I LOVE COOKING!
So, my daughter mentioned doing a video on You Tube. Then I thought I can show an interested audience my passion for cooking AND not only can I demonstrate Asian food but I can cover a full range of other regional cuisines like Italian, New Orleans style fare to learning the basics of cooking.
On my 1st video "How To Make Rice" I have to admit I was a little nervous but I wanted to be authentic, natural and I think that's more appealing than reading off a script. Maybe a script for the introduction and that's it.
Right now, I'm learning to video edit from my daughter. She's charging me $15 bucks an hour and she added normally its $50 buck but I get the family discount. Can you believe her. She's incredible.
Anyway, I hope to meet you in one of my You Tube Videos and will refer you to my website where I have a buffet of subject maters relating to Virtual Cooking Class, Fund Raising, Personal Chef, Restaurant critic and food blogger, Virtual kids Birthday parties and Virtual College students cooking class.
P.S: By the way, when watching my You Tube Videos, please give me a "Thumbs Up" and "Subscribe" to be notified on You Tube that a new Chef Woo Can video is on.
By the way, my Banana Foster Video had a slight mistake. When it was time to do a Flambe when I lit the rum, the alcohol sort of evaporated. (I'll be doing that one over).
Thanking you in advance for your support.
