Thanksgiving is over, Again the turkey was dry, yes heard about the fried turkey but the risk is way to risky. Ok the stuffing, mash potatoes and fravy, the sweet potatoe whatever, the pecan or apple pie. The same thing year to year. Then on Christmas a nice tender sweet ham with a pineapple glaze, mash potatoes and maybe a cheese cake. New Years celebrated with maybe nice lobsters or a juicy rib eye steak or prime rib dinner.

So, whats on the food agenda for 2017? Did you ever think that other than Hot Sauce from Louisiana, Asia may have some of the hottest sauces and pastes of course other than the famous Sriracha Hot Chili sauce
Hot Sauces are the newest rave. They add a new dimension of flavors to your ordinary meal. Hot sauces mixed with herbs like Chinese basil adds a zest to any existing dish while not burning your tongue to shreds. Just a little with any ordinary sauce give just the right bit and brings out the sweetness of your foods.
Here's a simple method. Take some ketchup and add a dash of chili paste with basil to ordinary shrimp size 16-20 (16-20 shrimp will weigh approx 1 lb). Leve the shell on the shrimp but cut thru the shell to devein them and saute with fresh garlic and a little oyster sauce and stir fry the shrimp and pour it over aromatic jasmine rice.
Simply delicious, its that easy! The base is ketchup, yep Heinz Ketchup.
