If your interested, I encourage you to sign up!!!!! You'll have fun. I will be showing you Asian Cuisine that are Simple & Easy dishes
The course will start on 4/7/20-4/16, twice a week Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. I'll be able to prepare with your participation about 3 dishes in that 2 1/2 hour. Theme: Chinese Cuisine Vietnamese Cuisine, Thai Cuisine
Basics: I will demonstrate the tools of stir fry cooking Equipment: The Wok, Rice cooker, chop stix, knife sharpener, cleaver, chopping board, Ingredients: Jasmine Rice, ginger, fresh garlic, cilantro, scallion, soy sauce, shao shing wine, slurry solution, Hoisin sauce. white pepper, Sriracha Chili sauce, sesame oil, Thai basil, mint leaves, lemon grass, dried shallots, dried garlic, rice paper Presentation (texture and color): Add carrots, cilantro, tofu, water chestnuts, mushrooms, broccoli crowns Preparation: uniformity, surface area Marinating Tenderizing and adding flavor
This is a demonstration and participation class and will ask volunteers to assist me. in stir frying and preparation. Then, on the last day, April 16th there will be a Iron Chef Woo competition that will ask volunteers to cook a dish previously made to bring to class and your fellow participants will judge the best tasting and presentation.
