LECTIN FREE (A Better understanding of how your damaging your digestive tract) A funny thing happen this morning. I was working on my website making revisions and adjustments to the many venues that I offer to you. Then suddenly my wife offered her two cents on this topic of "Lectin. She says its not a diet but a different way of what we are eating and the effects it has on our digestive tract. It's not a diet but a different way of how we look at every day produce. vegetables, fruits and dairy. Once you understand the effect of certain foods, and start eating the right products, you will lose weight just by changing your choices. I guess I'll be the first. I will be listing ALL Lectin Free recommended products from Meats, Seafood, Vegetables, oils and dairy. Right now based on the list, I've created a "Lectin Free: recipe and is being kitchen tested on taste and consistency. The idea of substituting or refocusing on how we look at our intake of produce will benefit our digestive tract and eat in a better way. Oh, the question is, where do I get the ingredients. Initially, the supermarkets are always slow to stock ingredients for special diets but when the press got hold of it and advertising focused o it and customers asked about it, then these same grocery stores and supermarkets started to stock up. From Walmart to Target to Shop Rite and even Amazon.com are stocking up on the ingredients necessary to make these recipes.
