Chef Woo Can is planning on introducing Chef Woo Can Video Restaurant Guide for 2021 (Fingers crossed that 2021 will be a better year)
The Covid-19 Pandemic has setback my plans for 2020. I'm looking to go full throttle in 2021 with this project. I had lots of time thinking about how I want to go about this event. Since I have a passion for all kinds of food from all over the world in these United States, I'd like to contact establishments that are highly recommended, talk to the owners and allow myself to get to know who they are and their relationship with their specialty foods and what makes it so delicious. The best way to present themselves is by me being a videographer and photo journalist and bring exciting food photographs to you my viewers.
I'll be able to post the video, the pictures and the owner's story of inspired dishes. It would be like a video restaurant guide, no algorithms for rating purposes, just honest introductions of new and established restaurants. I look at it like I'm doing my best to bring their establishment to light in light of what they've been through the last couple of months.
By means of using social media to visit them is the best I can do to increase potential customer traffic, even if it only allows curbside pickup. I'll offer suggestions to the owner to identify Chef Woo Can's customers so your order will be hot and fresh.
I'll start in Maryland, hope to travel to favorite vacation spots in the U.S, then my aspiration will bring me overseas to Europe and the Far East. But it will all depend on Covid-19 with a possible 2nd wave of the virus predicted for the fall.
So, stay tune! Might have to change my name slightly to Chef Woo Can Traveling Foodie!
