Learning to cook is tough but I can tell you that learning to cook Italian was the best way to start. With improvements in ready made sauces to pre molded seasoned frozen meatballs to just boing water to make pasta.
I prefer to make sauce from scratch but for you guys here's a quick recipe for spaghetti and meatballs:
1 box of spaghetti pasta
1 bottle of Ragu sauce (so many different flavors to choose from).
1 package of frozen meat balls
1. Boil water is a large sauce pan. Add a dash of salt for flavoring.
2. In a separate pan, add Ragu sauce, heat to medium. True Italians appreciate the flavor of the pasta more so than the sauce.
3. Add meatballs and allow heat to defrost them.
4. When water boils, add pasta and allow to cook until the pasta is "Al Dente" meaning pasta is not over or under cooked. Just right. When Al Dente, take out of water and place on plate, then pour sauce over pasta. The other way is to pour pasta in sauce and mix.
Add Parmesan cheese on top.
